Our coffee is grown on small farms around the world and is a combination of Colombian, Costa Rican, and Brazil Coffee. Colombian is known for its acidity and full flavor, Costa Rican for its sweet nutty notes, and Brazil for its smoothness.

Our beans are grown in mountainous terrain where they cannot be machine picked. When this is grown at a high altitude, you will get a dense flavorful green bean. Once picked by hand, the coffee may then be taken to a commercial mill where the cherry is processed down to the seed, which is the bean that is roasted into coffee.  

Ruby Brew Coffee is roasted with manual roasters in small batches by roastmasters trained to use their eyes, ears, and nose to determine the final roast levels. It is a medium roast that helps to preserve acidity as well as the caffeine content.  We then package our coffee with the use of valve bags to keep oxygen out. The valve allows CO2 to escape without letting air in so the coffee remains fresh longer.
